Phnom Penh to Siem Reap – Cambodia

Cambodia is a country emerging from its history, however the powerful influences of its past are evident and still influence its culture. They offer the visitor wonderful experiences; visual, cultural, and of course through its people and cuisine. The bike level-tour takes this to a whole different level.

The Tour includes: 6 night accommodation (usually in 3 & 4 Star  hotels, where possible). All meals and drinks, including beer during the tour. Quality mountain bike and helmet. All transport during the tour. Off bike tours to selected sites; like a cruise on the Tonle Sap lake – see the communities that spend their lives suspended over its waters. You also ride through the amazing Angkor complex and visit the famous Angkor Wat and Ta Prom temples. A bilingual guide, who will connect you with the people we meet. And most of all, an unforgettable experience.

Ride information:This is a MTB tour that starts in Phnom Penh and travels north along trails beside the western side of the Tonle Sap river. The ride is flat and weaves through farmland; banana, mango and rice. Also interesting cottage industries like bean curd manufacture and silk weaving – All which we stop at to experience. We average around 60kms/day. The pace is leisurely and photo opportunities abound as we head North to the great Tonle Sap lake.

Rider capability: You need to have basic riding skills and a moderate level of fitness.
